Refund Policy

Silicon Valley American Marketing Association Purchase/refund policy:

Membership to SVAMA consists of two parts:
+ National AMA Membership (the majority)
+ Silicon Valley Chapter Dues (about $40)
We cannot offer a refund for the national AMA membership, your request will need to be taken up with the AMA National HQ. You can find their contact information at www.marketingpower.com.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your SVAMA membership and seeking a refund, please contact memberaffairs@svama.org, and we will issue an event credit. Direct refunds will not be available.

Silicon Valley American Marketing Event Purchase/refund policy:

Due to the financial obligations we make to venue and catering, we are not able to process refunds. If you are unable to attend an event you have paid for, you may send a substitute in your place by notifying us up to 48 hours in advance at svama@onebox.com or 408.266.9658. You may also send your guest to the registration desk on the day of the event with your registration number or receipt.

In the case that an event has been cancelled, SVAMA will issue either a credit or a refund at its discretion, dependent upon costs incurred to date.
