Refund Policy

Silicon Valley American Marketing Association Membership cancellation/refund policy:

Membership in SVAMA consists of two parts:
+ National AMA Membership (the majority)
+ Silicon Valley Chapter Dues (about $40)

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your SVAMA membership and seeking a refund, please contact membership@svama.org, we cannot offer a refund for the national AMA membership, your request will need to be directed to the AMA National HQ. You can find their contact information at www.marketingpower.com.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your SVAMA membership and seeking a refund, please contact membership@svama.org, and we will issue an event credit. Direct refunds will not be available.

Silicon Valley American Marketing Association Event Purchase/refund policy:

Due to the financial obligations we make to venue and catering, we do not offer refunds for no-shows or event registration cancellations. If you are unable to attend an event you have paid for, you may send a substitute by notifying us up to 48 hours in advance at svama@onebox.com or 408.266.9658. You may also send your guest to the registration desk on the day of the event with your registration number or receipt.

If SVAMA cancels an event, SVAMA will issue either a credit or a refund at its discretion.
