Product Management Morning Forum | How do you define “Customer”?

Often we discuss “customer” as if product purchase and use decisions are in the hands of a single, simple entity. However, especially in b2b, purchase and use decisions may involve several people and each of these individuals can have unique needs and concerns. How do we get a complete picture of this “decision making unit” towards developing effective value propositions and products as well as messaging and marketing programs?

This is a must attend roundtable for product professionals who recognize the need for a practical, customer-centric framework for product and value decisions.

Discussion Facilitator:
Ellen Grace Henson, Managing Director at Marketing Mechanics, is a strategic product management, marketing, and technology consultant who works with companies, from start-ups to $2B in revenues, across diverse markets towards increased revenues and profitability through customer and value centric product management approaches.
