How to Manage Your Brand in a Consumer Driven World

In today’s hyper-connected marketplace, if you don’t control your brand, your customers will do it for you. In fact, they probably are already. With instant access to social media, message boards, blogs, and more, the word on the street now spreads faster than ever. And if you aren’t managing what’s being said, it can quickly come back to bite you.  At this event our keynote speaker, Jay Milliken from Prophet, will discuss the importance of developing your company brand on your own terms, how to maintain control of that brand and image once you introduce it to the world, and how to get your customers to rave about your brand.
