Shannon L. Ryan is a global marketing executive with over 16 years of experience in brand strategy and engagement across mediums, including direct, experiential, digital, and mobile. She is currently the GM for Online Marketing Summit, a UBM Tech brand. Her prior experience includes senior leadership roles on both the agency and brand side, including management of her own agency, ArchetypeDNA. Her expertise also includes extensive work in digital and web-based product development, including management of over 25 global SaaS products and the launch of eight (8) products for the marketing discipline. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, minor in Business from Arizona State University and product marketing certification from Pragmatic Marketing.

Jennifer Berkley Jackson, Owner, The Insight Advantage
Jennifer is the owner of The Insight Advantage, a company focused on providing insight into what customers value most. We do this using a variety of approaches: surveys, interviewing, focus groups, etc.  Jennifer has worked successfully with both B2B and B2C organizations that were interested in answering key business questions with the customers' viewpoint in mind.

Nancy Holleran is VP of Axiom Products at Oracle. She has served in management and executive positions at Connor Peripheral, Western Digital, IBM, Pillar Data Systems, and now Oracle after they acquired Pillar last year.  Over her career Nancy’s main functional focus and experience has been in Operations, Development and Customer Support.  Throughout this work, she has used customer input to fine-tune programs and company priorities.  She’ll bring the perspective of a business person who has deployed research as well as hired external research partners.

Noomi Codon just started a new position at Good Technology as the Voice of the Customer Senior Manager responsible for the development and execution of their Voice of the Customer initiatives focused on enhancing the Good customer experience. Prior to that Noomi worked at Avid Technology for almost 8 years as their Senior Manager Customer Success responsible for implementing and managing its successful Voice of the Customer program for Avid's B-to-B and B-to-C products as well as other research initiatives. Noomi has 20 years’ experience leading market research & customer loyalty programs for technology companies. Noomi was also a partner in a marketing & market research company for many years that specialized in servicing high technology companies.
