Ryan Barringer, SVP Marketing & Brand Strategy, Bridge Bank 

Mr. Barringer is the Senior Vice President of Marketing & Brand Strategy for Bridge Bank, N.A, where he directs all marketing, advertising and brand management for the $1.2B NASDAQ-listed commercial institution. He is charged with defining and executing the bank’s strategic marketing plan, including strengthening its master brand identity and building national awareness in key markets, in addition to modernizing and institutionalizing its marketing capabilities. Previously, he served on the executive management team of a mid-size Silicon Valley-based credit union where he was director of marketing and business development.

Mr. Barringer received a B.S. in advertising, with honors, from San Jose State University and is an MBA candidate at the S.C. Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University, where he is also a fellows candidate in the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Institute. In addition, he has completed the Brand and Reputation Program at Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business and earned a professional certificate in marketing through the University of California at Berkeley. 


Dr. Cheemin Bo-Linn, CMO and (interim) President, Peritus Partners

Dr. Cheemin Bo-Linn is CMO and President (interim) at Peritus Partners, a global management company helping enterprises reach their next level growth or lifecycle stage with the highest market valuation.  She draws from over twenty years of marketing, sales, strategy, M&A, and operations experience and has served as CMO, CRO, and Vice-President of Marketing and Sales from B2B start-ups to top Fortune companies including Vice President of IBM.  Her thought leadership in creating market leaders has earned her industry recognition.   She received the Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal “Women of Influence” award, YWCA “Tribute to Women in Industry” award, and AACI’s “Star Technology” award, for her exemplary leadership in delivering robust, accelerated growth.  She’s also been invited to share her consultative perspective on creating new revenue streams at the United Nations and various global business symposiums.   

Cheemin has served as Board of Director of corporate boards (NetLine Corp.,etc), Advisory Boards ( Thrive, other software companies, etc.)  and industry Boards  (ACG, AeA, CTSI, NIREC, CIOS without Borders, WITI).  She holds a Doctorate Degree in Administration/Management specializing in the “Implementation of Computer-Based Management Information Systems and Organizational Change” from the University of Houston. She completed Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business Executive Certificate Program in Strategy.


Nancy Bush, (Interim) Chief Financial Officer, Fortinet

Nancy Bush is currently the interim Chief Financial Officer at Fortinet, and also holds the position of VP/Controller at the company.  Nancy is a experienced technology professional with 20 plus years of experience in public and private companies. Her current focus is helping organizations manage effective interactions with customers, boards, shareholders and employees to develop market strategies, processes and infrastructure to grow profitable technology businesses. She has extensive experience in finance including revenue recognition for software companies, manufacturing and supply chain management, International operations and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Fortinet, Nancy served as the VP, Finance at ArcSight, an HP Enterprise Security company; VP, Finance at Packeteer and VP/ Corporate Controller, PAO at Maxtor.


Kristal Ferchau, Director Advisory Services, Digital Practice, PriceWaterhouseCoopers (moderator)

Kristal Ferchau is the Director, Advisory Services, Digital Practice at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. In this role, Kristal is responsible for driving strategic consulting engagements for major global brands on social business transformation, customer engagement, “agile marketing”, and digital operations. She has led successful executive level consulting engagements for Cisco, Jim Beam, DeVry University, Wells Fargo, and First Republic Bank. Kristal has extensive experience in developing and implementing worldwide integrated marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and product launches in both start-up and enterprise environments.  Prior to her work at PWC, Kristal held positions as the Director, Social Business at AntsEyeView and Director, Global Integrated Marketing at Juniper Networks.


Jason Hardy, Senior Director Marketing – West Region, SAP Americas 

Jason Hardy is the Senior Director of Marketing – West Region at SAP Americas.  Jason’s marketing and business expertise covers multiple areas including: field sales pipeline generation and management, strategic planning, account based marketing, and online (search, affiliate). At SAP, Jason leads a team of senior marketing professionals with responsibility for demand generation and revenue acceleration activities for all strategic enterprise accounts in the West region, and previously the Utilities industry nationwide.
