  • Guide your annual performance reviews

The key to a successful job search is to be able to identify your Core Competencies and create a document which will be the foundation that helps you develop career focus and coherent messaging.  It also provides the language for your interview stories, LinkedIn profile, resume, web page, or marketing collateral.
