Late Registration/At the Door Walk-in Registration
Attendees who do not register at least one (1) week prior to the event do not qualify for the advance registration discount and will be charged at the regular event price plus processing fees as appropriate. No exceptions. This applies to Members and Non-Members. SVAMA cannot guarantee admission to walk-in registration entrants and we reserve the right to refuse registration at the door. Processing fees will be added to prices.
Student Members
Students must be enrolled full-time in a college or university and present a valid student ID. Student IDs will be checked at the door. Processing fees will be added to prices.
RETURNED CHECKS WILL BE ASSESSED A $25.00 FEE
